My name is Rahmel, many people choose to call me, "Rah" or "Mel". I am a huge sports/fitness person, and also huge into youth development. I have participated in sports, tutoring, and teaching, so far when it comes to child care. Currently, I am a site Director for a known before and after care provider throughout Baltimore City/County. To finish my Bachelor's degree, I only have to complete my student teaching, and I feel babysitting will be a great way to; not just compensate for work hours, but to also work on child development, family interaction and learn from a more intricate perspective, as a child educator. Working the last few years with children and families I have learned much about how important child care is to families directly.
