Hi there! My name is Kayla McKernon and I am a 19 year old student enrolled at Frederick Community College. I graduated in Walkersville High School in the spring of 2022 and am currently searching for a nannying job! I have been babysitting for 6 going on 7 years, and have been a certified babysitter for over 5 years. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well. I previously assisted my neighbor with her at home daycare during my senior year of high school as well, so I have a bit of experience supervising multiple children at once. I have experience with all ages ranging from newborn to 11 years old. I am happy to assist with household chores depending on your families needs, as I genuinely enjoy cleaning, cooking and baking! I also enjoy writing and reading, being outdoors, and have a love for art. Personally I am Read more a very organized, neat person. With that being said, I am very aware that when caring for children, messes are bound to happen and that is okay! Fortunately I am also very patient and understand that teaching comes into play with childcare. Right now my schedule is more flexible than ever as I just recently moved home from living in Ohio, where I worked as a nanny to a 4 month old little boy!
