Meet Hawa
I was a babysitter/nanny for my neighbors for about 3 years (on and off for about 6 months at times). I watched 1-year-old twins grow to be about 5, a 4-year-old grow to be 7 and briefly a newborn. Besides the usual duties, I played fun games with them, took them to parks and walked the eldest home from school. Also, I disciplined them by using time out and helped the eldest with homework.
