Hello! I am Alice. I'm an affable caregiver looking for an opportunity to provide children with a nurturing, creative environment to thrive. I believe my experiences working as a mentor and sitter, combined with my arts background, would make me a well-rounded child care provider. Throughout my career as a care giver, I have learned the importance of being patient and being a good role model. Creating an open-door atmosphere is important to me because I want kids to feel welcome to talk to me about their experiences. I believe the little things like reading before bedtime, asking about their day or giving praise for a job well done are what's important when helping a child grow throughout their development.
