Our part-time nanny, Fatima, is looking for a new family and you would be lucky to have her! We are sending my toddler to full-day nursery school and want to help her find a new family. We can't say enough good things about her; she loves our kids like her own and we feel like she is a member of the family. She has cared for my now-2 1/2 year old since he was 10 months old, and also for my 1 year old since I went back to work after maternity leave. She is an English speaker and a highly experienced nanny. She loves babies and toddlers. She is perpetually early, cleans and does laundry for the kids without being asked, keeps the kids happy and safe, and makes our home run more smoothly. Every day that it's nice weather, she takes the kids to one of the playgrounds or splash parks. She does not spend time at the playground on the phone or socializing; she is extremely hands-on and attentive to our kids. She also is experienced in working with kids with special needs. She is very attuned to child development and works on age-appropriate skills. She has never missed a day of work, except for vacations planned literally months in advance.
