I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I am a senior psychology major at Howard University. Health and wellness are very important to me. I consider myself very outdoorsy, and think it's important to take advantage of this beautiful area. I am also a creative person, so art and self-expression (more specifically writing) have been a great outlet and passion. As a childcare provider, I hope to share my love of the outdoors and creativity/art with kids. Being the oldest of 6 siblings, I learned just how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in diverse stages of development. I honed the ability to care for each child individually, while paying close attention to the needs of the group. Throughout my matriculation I have learned a great deal about child development and I believe that it’s exttremely important to create a positive, happy environment for Read more children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I have good organizational and communication skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a nanny.
