I have had an array of jobs and a majority of them have given me the ability to work with children of all ages. I worked at a preschool for two years, and prior to that I was a nanny and babysitter regularly. Most recently I worked at an art store where I was the outreach coordinator. At that job I was in charge of creating activities and events for all ages, which has grown my knowledge of different crafts and activities to do with children. Through all of this, I am aware that each child learns at their own pace and in their own way, and I love the opportunity to help them grow. I hope to work with families that have the same understandings that I do. That Black Lives do Matter and that Transgender and Gay rights are human rights. I have a small collection of children’s Read more books that relate to these topics and I hope to be able to share them with the children I look after.
