Hi! My name is Ez and my pronouns are they/them. I've been working in childcare and behavioral support since middle school. Most recently, I have been working on a masters in Early Childhood Special Education with a focus in disability studies. As a childcare provider, I believe in allowing children to explore the world as scientists. Every child needs a certain amount of support to succeed in their world, and I believe this can vary child to child. We are all individuals, and it is especially important to provide children with avenues to discover their own selves and to have their own experiences. I believe that every moment can be an adventure and a learning opportunity - it just matters how one frames it! Throughout my time as a nanny, I have worked hard to ensure that my charges are given every chance to grow as individuals but also as Read more community members. It is equally important to me to be teaching loving-kindness and morality to children in ways that they can understand. I believe in making every experience accessible, whether that is a physical, emotional, or mental change to the current circumstances.
