Had a great interview and scheduled a (paid) trial. She didn’t show up for the trial despite reconfirming a few hours prior. The next day, I followed up with her to which she said it slipped her mind and not attempts to reschedule. A few days later she asked if we still needed her and I stated no because we needed someone reliable. However, I decided to try again. Her subsequent responses were quite flippant and rude.
