I live with a 14 month old (hearing) toddler whom I am a nanny to in the evenings daily. I am teaching him sign language on a daily basis as well. I take him on frequent outings to the parks, storytimes at the library, and community activities that the parents find/set up. I prepare food/feed him frequently, make and pack his day care bag daily, do his laundry when needed, dress and change diapers in the mornings, walk and buckle him to his car seat daily. I work with children with special needs at the Maryland School for the Deaf in Columbia. I teach ASL and academic skills to autistic 2nd-3rd graders. I have a current CPR certificate which I can show if desired.
