I have been a New York State licensed childcare provider for 20 Years. Every two years , I was required to complete mandatory 30 hours training along with first aid/CPR. The children I cared for ages ranged from 6 weeks to 12 years old.. Being a member of the Childcare Council , I was trained to serve nutritious and well balanced meals and create age appropriate learning techniques for all ages . I enjoy children especially seeing all of their 1st experiences. New foods , teeth, walking , words etc. children always reminds us to have patience and if you watch them closely, they will remind us to enjoy the simple things in life .My husband of 22 years relocated his job which brought us to laurel MD. We have two children , our daughter graduated with her bachelors degree from the University of Rochester and now lives in Philadelphia Read more working at their university. Our son has graduated from the United States Air Force and currently attends Bowie State University and I’m currently enrolled at Howard Community College completing my degree in Early Childhood Education.
