I am certified in infant, child and adult CPR and AED. I am experienced with the proper care and health concerns of children as I've owned and operated my own in-home daycare when my children were young. When I returned to the workforce, I worked at a daycare center and at a local high school as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. Some of my responsibilities included escorting students on a bus to various work locations, where I supervised their job duties. I've attended a numerous amount of training classes dealing with curriculum instruction and behavioral aspects within the classroom. My four and a half years within the Howard County Public School System, and prior years as a Licensed Daycare Mom, has made me very confident in caring for the needs of children and throughout the teen years.
