I interviewed Kyerra over FaceTime and then had her come over for a trial run. She was absolutely fabulous with my kids. I was so excited to have her be our nanny. I ran background checks, had everything set up with and everyone was on board. We even confirmed over the phone before she was supposed to officially start. Unfortunately, she did not show up to her first day of work and never responded to me. I don’t know what happened and she has not contacted me. I am extremely disappointed. It almost cost me my job because I didn’t have child care for my kids. Very unprofessional.
