Shayla is amazing! I’ve had experience with many caregivers sent through a backup care service my work offers who were supposed to be trained and certified in childcare. However, frequently I’ve found those providers are interested only in watching my kids rather than engaging and actually playing with them. Shayla kept my son active and engaged the entire time she was with him. She was punctual, professional and I could not have asked for someone to provide better care for my son. I would absolutely refer her to anyone looking for quality child care!
