*I have completed a SafetyPIN background check with an ID pin that I can provide you with so you can have access to my report prior to interviewing me if desired. Hi! My name is Justine. I am a caring, loving, and energetic nanny with 10 years of experience. Additionally, I have 2 years experience as a household manager. One of the greatest joys I find in being a nanny is watching/helping children achieve special milestones. From their first time walking, first day of school, to hearing their voices shout with excitement that they received their drivers license, to celebrating college acceptances and all that occurs in between those very special years. I engage each child I care for in age appropriate activities that interest them. Arts and crafts, outside play, board games, science projects, etc. I have experience with the following: maintaining a schedule of activities, dishes and laundry, Read more making school lunches, preparing dinner, school pick up, homework help, and transportation to and from after school activities. I also have experience completing errands for the family, such as the weekly grocery shopping and picking up the clothes from the dry cleaners. I completed 82 credits towards a Bachelors Degree in Family Studies - Services to Children track at Towson University. This includes the completion of several upper level courses in child psychology, early childhood/elementary education, and family dynamics. I have my 45 hour Infant/Toddler Certification and I am also CPR/FIRST AID certified. I have several references who describe me as trustworthy, patient, loyal, resilient, organized, honest, flexible, and loving. When I am providing care for a family, I treat their children and pets as if they were my own. I believe every child is unique and has something special to offer to the world. *Out of respect for my prior employers time and privacy, I only give out my list of references at the conclusion of an in person interview.
