Hello! I am a 27 yr old with 12 years of experience. I am looking for either part time until April, part time until April and then full time after May, or full time starting some time at the end of May/beginning of June. A little bit about my background: I started as a mother’s helper when I was just a child myself and then started babysitting neighborhood kids at the age of 15. I also worked at a Montessori summer camp. In high school I taught in their lab preschool and interned in a first grade classroom my senior year. After high school I took some college courses in early childhood education and continued babysitting and worked in a Montessori preschool as an assistant teacher. I have also worked in a daycare. I started working as a nanny and have been working as a nanny ever since.m with some Read more work as an administrative assistant in a preschool. I absolutely love what I do and being a nanny! Working with one family is great as I am able to get to know the child(ren) and family on a personal level. I am certified in First Aid and CPR: Infant and Adult and try to keep up to date on certifications. I am currently working part time for a wonderful family with a 6 month old on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I also want to mention that I am currently pregnant and my due date is the end of April. My pregnancy, thankfully, has not prevented me from preforming daily work so working and performing tasks as a nanny hasn’t been a problem. I would love to come back to the same schedule and family/families at the end of my maternity leave (I am thinking minimum of 8 weeks). I would also love to work up until my due date/this baby decides to arrive. Or start after the baby, depending on your desired start date. My current family is unsure of their summer schedule/when I would come back as they’re doing a renovation in their house and that would possibly open up my availability in the summer time. I would also prefer to bring my baby with me, but that is something that can be discussed further.
