I am a 21 year old undergrad social work commuter student at UMBC. I have been a caregiver all my life :), but professionally I have been a caregiver for a little over five years. The children that I have taken care of range from the age of one year to 14 years old. Currently I am a cashier at a local grocery store but I am looking to go back to babysitting! In high school and throughout my college courses I have taken child development where I developed lesson plans, read to preschool aged children, prepared snacks for them, and learned helpful tips to effectively love and nurture children of all ages. I love to do creative and physically active activities. I played varsity volleyball for three years and I love to play all kinds of sports. In my spare time I love to paint, spend time with my Read more family, and be outside. Most importantly, I am ready to nurture and care for a child or children and create a fun loving environment for them to grow and become culturally aware.... especially since it's almost summer!!!
