I have been working as a,nanny half of my age.like 25yrs.of this work,I loved being around with children..there are some times they will be tough,with all the tantrums but for me it's part of their stage of life growing.. Mostly I distructed them by making funny faces, playing games or if the weather is nice to the play ground.. Or do some arts and crafts..making them comfortable if they are not happy..
