My name is Brittany and I have always enjoyed working with children, every as a child myself. I was 8 when my youngest sibling was born and I think watching and helping my mom out with her is a contributing factor as to why I like being a nanny so much. Prior to nannying I earned my Associates degree in General studies, focusing on childcare and development, after that I worked in retail. I am 32 and I have Nannied and baby sat on and off since 2016. My first nanny family I was with consistently until 2020. The children were getting old enough to start school and I was no longer needed there full time. I currently have a part time job in retail and am looking to help out another family or families as they need, either on a long term consistent or occasional basis. Since starting with Read more them I have also helped other families with after school care for older children and occasion date night sitting. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, music, singing as well as spending time outdoors when the weather permits. Along side caring for your child I would also be willing to tidy up after them, take care of their laundry and any other small house chores you may ask. Running errands such as grocery shopping and things of that sort would be no problem. I can also use my past primary nanny family if you’d like a reference but for their privacy I prefer not to post it publicly.
