I really like the energy the kids have and kids give off. They are so open to the exploration and learning about the new world they have entered into. They keep me young in spirit just being around them. I love to teach them about new things, read to them, dance & sing with them. I am supper interactive and have no problem steering them into the appropriate behaviors they must learn. I get a kick out of watching their eyes light up after accomplishing something new or something they didn't think they could do by themselves. I have completed the Red Dross CPR class for certification and 1st Aid. I have also worked at a child care facility for 3 months in Lithonia GA. I have passed a background check for both the state of Maryland and the state of Georgia. I cared at that time for children in Read more the age range of 2-5 years olds at Childtime Daycare with on occasion looking after newborns up to 1 year olds. I was able to complete a full array of early child care development courses during my time at Childtime daycare in Lithonia GA. I only left the center because of a unexpected injury which I am now fully recovered from. I have been fully vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine since March 2021. I will also mention that I have been a hands on type of parent (my 1 son) and Auntie ( of 5 nieces ranging in age from 10-21 yrs old). I have successfully raised my own son up into a wonderful human being who just recently turned 31 years of age. I am a self taught Artist so I am a creative type of person that loves to incorporate Art & Music into my days with the children. I am also a Air Force Veteran who has many life experience to pull from and pass along. I hope we will be able meet soon and get busy towards the business of me taking care of your sweet baby soon! I am 52 years old, currently reside in Waldorf, MD and have my own vehicle.
