I have always loved children and I have a strong interest in being involved in all aspects their care. I have two children, now in college, and I was a stay at home mom until my oldest child started high school. I also volunteered at my children's schools through middle school. I have cared for children both in my home and in other parents homes for several years. I have also worked as a teacher in Child Care/Preschool settings for 5 years, where I cared for children 8 weeks to 11 years. I have my 90 hour Child Care Certificate from Carroll Community College. I have certificates of Completion in; First Steps in Child Care, Discipline in Child Care and Infants and Toddlers in Child Care. I also have a Certificate of Achievement from the Maryland State Department of Education, Office of Child Care - Maryland Child Care Credential - Read more Level 3. And I have also attended ongoing in-service and continuing education training at my previous job. As a Nanny/Child Care Provider My goals are to nurture, support and have an inclusive approach while being safety conscious and playing age appropriate games with your child/children . And also having fun through music, art, indoor/outdoor activities and playtime which will encourage emotional, intellectual and social growth. I am a very loving, caring, responsible and dependable person who will take excellent care of your child/children.
