For a 23 year old, I have a wide spectrum of job histories and experiences. I am from Maine, where I attended college before spending a year doing research at The Ohio State University in the Neurosurgery Department. During college, I nannied for 2 grade-school aged children over the summer. I also spent two summers driving children of local families to their various summer activities. I worked nights at a local upscale restaurant for five years, was a lifeguard and swam competitively from the ages of 6-17, and even worked for the FDA for a few years. I am currently (remotely) a part of Duke's Global Neurosurgery & Neurology Program. My major priorities are honesty, proper communication, and safety for the children I'm responsible for, but I also enjoy playful banter, getting to know each of their personalities, and learning as much from them as they learn from me :).
