Hi there, I am a 49 year old father of two young women ages 17 and 19. I have always loved being a hands on dad. I have worked in the past as a care giver for foster kids via a contracted agency in Bangor. I worked one on one with kids needing extra care and attention. I have also in the past been a foster parent via DHHS, having children placed in the home and respite care. I also have experience with special needs adults, as I have served another state contracted agency hosting adults with special needs. I am currently pursuing becoming an adoptive parent as I desire to continue my "dad" role and believe I have much compassion and experience to offer for child care needs. I truly enjoy building relationships with children where I can offer love and guidance with care and compassion.
