Hello, My name is Miranda I grew up in Maine. Im 24 years old I have to cats I live in a little town called Norway closer end to Greenwood Maine. I’m family oriented I’m spontaneous very bubbly and out going. Iv been working with kids since the age of 16 in the early childhood field. Currently am working as a infant teacher I travel over a hour and as much as I love my babies it’s taking a tole and it’s not benefiting me or the kids. Looking for something that can be some what flexible closer to home. Looking for a place I can fit in. I like working on my own knowing I can have a schedule and a routine and adding a bond were a child can trust. Structure is my main focus when it comes to working with kids. Iv worked in preschool setting were the school was based on children who have special needs only to a mixed setting were one who need a little more help one on one and more who can work with a group. I have certificates in cpr/first aid, CRMA, MANDT, diabetes and I have my DSP all are up to date. Iv had all of these over 3 years. Over the period of time iv worked with children iv loved it watching a child that you assist and provided care for and observe as they grow into this tiny human with such personality and so much to offer the world is spectacular. I have a favorite quote that iv used for years “children are our future” and iv always believed that because without them we wouldn’t have the things we do now because once those people who have invented or made a change in the world once was a child.
