Hello! My name is Gemma Wahler, I'm a caregiver with a passion for nurturing young minds. My journey with childcare is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I most recently worked at Growing Learners, where I was the lead teacher, managing 10 children. My warm and approachable nature helps me build trusting relationships. I prioritise clean communication with parents, providing regular updates via their preferred method. I believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. I am experienced in potty training, large and fine motor skills, curriculum/activity planning and overall quality care. I am CPR/AED and First Aid Certified. I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages 1 and 3.
