I have worked as an RBT for the past four years, teaching coping and daily living skills to children and teens with autism. Before that, I worked in daycares and AFC homes, and I worked for two years as a reading corps tutor. I love children and learning, so I take any chance I get to combine the two in a fun and natural way. I am about to begin my master's program for speech pathology at Andrews University, thanks to their leveling program, so this process will take me three years. I also love dogs (especially big dogs) and am huge in baking, crafts, and getting to run around outside. I think that all of this sets me up for success with being a nanny because it allows me to connect with kids of diverse backgrounds, interests, and skill sets. I am always ready to teach, and even more Read more eager to learn what they have to teach me.
