I have babysat children for a number of families since the age of 14. I interact well with kids of all ages and am able to come up with effective ways to entertain them. At the Alpena Plaza Pool, I was a lifeguard for just over a year and a half. In that training, I was CPR and First Aid Certified. During my time working here, I ran a number of events such as swim lessons and parties for children. My ability to interact with children in this role and teach them was admired by many families. My success was noticed by the families as well as my boss and I received requests to teach private lessons to a number of children.
