I am a recent graduate from NYU, back home in Ann Arbor planning the next step in my life. I have been working with children for many years. My first job was at a Kids cafe where I would host birthday parties for the kids. I also was a camp counselor for a summer drama program which was like a day time summer camp for young kids to put on a show in three weeks. During college I worked with a government program called America Reads which placed me in a public school in Brooklyn where I worked with a class of fifth graders and Kindergarten students. I also babysat for a little girl in NYC occassionally. I really enjoy working with kids, especially younger ones. I am really interested in art and music, so I love any kind of arts and crafts or going to the theater and seeing Read more shows is great for me. I love anything creative. I could also be a tutor for you and help kids with homework. That was a lot of the work I did with America Reads. I can help with many subjects, I also have knowledge of the Spanish and French languages if your child is a current language student. I would love to work with a modern, fun family.
