Hello! I’m 20 years old, I love to draw, learn new instruments, spend time outside, walk my dog, and watching movies with my sister. I’d describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and optimistic. I had a job babysitting for a family friend and it was a blast. I babysat a wonderful four year old and it was the best job I ever had. I’d make her dinner and we’d talk about her day and play candy land a 100 times. I now have a niece I babysit from time to time, and it reminded me how much I loved babysitting. Kids are so pure and adventurous and amazing to be around, I can’t think of a better job for me. I believe children deserve respect just as anyone else. It’s important to me, that kids feel safe enough to express their feelings and get the emotional support they need. I am huge on communicating, and helping them understand their feelings, so they feel respected and understood. I like having a job that is rewarding and there’s nothing more rewarding than knowing every child in my care is safe and happy.
