My name is Melissa Joy, I’m 24 years old, and I am a North Central University graduate with a degree in English - Creative Writing. I have a passion for all things outdoors and creative and fun! I started babysitting at age 12 and began working as a nanny the summer before my junior year in high school for a sibling set (one infant and one elementary-aged). In August 2015, I began working as an Assistant Teacher at Next Steps Learning Center in Chanhassen, MN, until January of 2019. In August of 2019, I began nannying for two families—one with a 14 month old girl, and one with a 19 month old girl and a 3 y/o boy—until May 2020, prior to my husband and I moving from MN to MI.
