Hello there! I'm looking for a part time job. I have 12-13 years experience of child care. Worked in Montessori day cares and used these techniques with children I watch (as long as the family approves). I have many years of caring, teaching, and loving children from the ages of infancy to 6 yrs. I also have an associates degree in Early Childhood Development. I am willing to take a drug test and a background check. I have many references. I would prefer to watch the child(ren) in their homes where they are most comfortable. I have a 3 year old daughter and she may have to join the fun sometimes. Not often. I won't be able to start until May. The mother I work for now will be a stay at home mother. It's kind of heart breaking, because I'll miss the little boy I've been with for almost Read more a year. It's always hard to say goodbye. I'm reliable, non-smoker, trustworthy, and responsible. I also have many art projects, activities, and teaching experience up my sleeves. I don't mind cleaning up after the child(ren), doing their laundry, and/or making their meals. I knew at a very young age that I was going to dedicate my life to children. In fact, I've never worked anywhere outside the child care profession. I love watching them grow mentally, physically and develop their own personality. My job as a nanny/care giver is to guide them, teach them, protect them. Oh, and to play with them as well!
