I am a retired Physician Assistant looking for a rewarding way to spend my time, and children are a natural fit. I love children, and since retirement, have volunteered with The Children's Center in Detroit as a tutor for the past two years. I am also woking with the Read To A Child program where I read to a 1st grader at his school - great fun! Years ago - in my 20's and before PA school - I worked as a childcare provider at a childcare center in East Lansing. I am looking for part-time work, preferably afternoons. Some evenings would also be workable, as long as it is not late. I love animals, so pets pose no issues for me.
