My name is Brady and i have worked at a childrens camp for the past four years in a row. I was kitchen staff for two of those four years so i can most assuredly cook :) When I was part of the kitchen staff at camp i would ranager at night which. Rangering is when i would babysit the cabins while the counselor would go and prepare for chapel the next moring or shower or sometimes even just relax for a moment while they were away from their campers. When i would ranger i would get the kids ready for bed, tell them stories, tell some jokes, let them talk for a little bit then get settled and ready for bed. For two years after that i was a camp counselor and worked with kids ranging from the ages of 5-18. I love being able to interact with them!! As far as certifcation goes from a nanny school or anything like that i dont have any. I have always wanted to be a live-in nanny and think it would be so much fun! I have done my research and talked with people i know that are live-in nannys so i know what it takes and the amount of dedication it requires. I figure if i can handle being a camp counselor to a different age range of kids every week then i can handle being a nanny. I have a good amount of experience dealing with pets and animals as i have worked on a farm and also worked at petsmart. I have two dogs of my own who are my life! i love them to death! im ready to deal with any kind of animal :) on a side note i am the youngest in my family and am very close to my mom and dad so i would ask that 2 a month i was able to drive home and visit them. I would be more then happy to take the children with me if its ok with the parents. Of course this is all something we can discuss in person.
