I have worked with kids since I was old enough to hold a baby. I started by watching my neighbor's newborn son while she did laundry, showered, etc. and I have grown into the nanny who takes trips with families, stays over night, takes care of multiple children, and works with children who have special needs. I have a Master's degree in Child Development, I'm 26 years old, and I am from Grass Lake. I have not only worked with over 10 families from newborn-teenagers, but I also worked at a Daycare for over a year. While at the daycare I worked with the toddlers, and realized that I am not comfortable with the way that daycares are ran; money is the priority not the kids and I now know that I would rather find a family who I am comfortable with and can stay with long term if needed.
