Hello! My name is Taylor and I’m 20 years old. I am very responsible and dependable, and I have good time management. I get along well with kids because I’m playful and I’m easily able to form connections with them. I’m creative, understanding, and very patient. I began babysitting for family and family friends when I was 12, and continued doing that until I was 16 for ages of kids between 2-9. When I stopped, I began working in the customer service industry for a few years, doing a few babysitting jobs here and there. Now I am working for Midway Early Learning Center full time, rotating between age groups from infants to 5 year olds. As part of my process for hiring a full-time nanny, I hire applicants to come to our house to meet our boys, ages 4 and 7. Taylor played with them for a couple of hours. She showed real interest in the things they like doing-- running around outside, playing Minecraft, etc. They LOVED her!! We ended up hiring someone else who had extensive experience as a full-time nanny, but Taylor was a close second. She is really great!!
