My name is Lauren and I have been caring for kids since I was 10. I am the oldest of 5 and we have big ages differences between us, so I am used to taking care of small children. I love kids in general and love to care for kids as that will be my career. I do have my own car and I even have my own dog so I am more than comfortable with pets. I am going to school for Pediatric Nursing. I was working at a daycare center where I started in the infant room, moved to the toddler room and became a lead preschool teacher in the 2.5 year old room. I have my CPR and safe sleep training. I also have a CDA. I was responsible for taking the kids outside, come up with lesson plans and clean up the daycare. Currently I am Read more a nanny for 2.5 year old twins in Grand Rapids. This summer we have gone to Fredrick Meijer Garden, the Zoo, splash pads, play grounds and so much more. We are always exercising our bodies with a bit of movement in the mornings then onto our activities. We are always doing something to help strengthen our bodies or help strengthen our minds, as working in a daycare has given me the knowledge about goals for the kids at each age.
