I started baby-sitting when I was 15 years old. I have worked with children ranging from the age of 3 Months old to 12 years old, and up to 11 children at one time. I have been a nanny for several families for a time range of 3 months to up to 3 years. I believe in working with the parents to help the children build structure, learn new things, and grow.
