Children are my passion and I love to be a helping hand to a family in need of the extra help. I love to be involved with the care of children. I also really enjoy housekeeping I enjoy it so much I am a neat fanatic. I am a married and we have 3 children ages 23, 19, and 8 and they are the love of my life. I am also a grandmother of a 4 year old girl. My last full time nanny position I cared for 3 adopted children and the oldest was ADHD. I ran errands, took children to activities, to school, to chiropractor, to events, and doctor appointments. I helped with homework, washed clothes, cleaned the house, walked the dog, grocery shopping, and attended fun activities with the children. I played outside activities with children such as go to park and play in the backyard. I Read more administered necessary prescribed meds. When I was employed with the Detroit board of Education I was a Care giver for toddlers 16 months to 2 years of age while parents attended high school classes. Change diapers, read books, outside activities, sing and act out age appropriate songs, age appropriate educational lessons, provide and assist with breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. The last few years going back to 2011 even while I was employed full-time I occasionally did some nanny work when it was needed for the Early family until they moved about 6 months ago. While still employed full time In 2013. I currently do some adult care work and some nanny work (working with autistic 4 year old) for the Brown family a few days in the evening during the week and maybe 1-2 days on any weekend when I am available if needed. It seems I just can't give up being available and making time to help families who are in need of my nanny/caregiver services.
