Hello! I will be graduating from college this April and am looking for a nannying job for the summer months (June-August)! I have had numerous experiences babysitting and nannying. I began babysitting when I was 14 years old, for a home of one boy (from the time he was 5 until he was 8) when they had to find a new frequent babysitter because I was moving away for college. Likewise, I babysat frequently for a home with one boy, age 6, and one daughter, age 9, until I moved away to college. When I was 17 years old, I nannied an entire summer for a home of five children. The oldest was a 14-year-old boy and the youngest was a 3-year-old daughter. The range in ages and needs of the children has strengthened my abilities to guide and still have fun with the kids that I nanny! Additionally, I Read more have been a camp counselor for many years and have done numerous volunteer work at the Children's Hospital in Detroit. Where I attend school (Alma College), I am a mentor for a second grade girl through the Big Brothers Big Sisters foundation and spent my last summer tutoring a second grade girl in Spanish. My main goal is always to show children respect and compassion, while having a lot of fun!
