Hello! My name is Catherine, I am 26 years old, my husband and I recently moved to the St Joes area. I grew up in South Carolina so we are getting ready for our first official winter to say the least. Growing up I baby sat our neighbors for date nights and community events. I also helped with child care at our church in high school and never missed an opportunity to volunteer for vacation bible school. My junior and senior year of high school I was nannying for a family with three boys ages 9, 11, and 13. I would pick them up from school, take them to dance lessons, make them snacks/dinner and help them with homework. To this day I am still in contact with the mother and all three boys whom are in college. (whew) Many of my friends are in the stage of having children Read more of their own and I personally see their journey of "should I stay home for a few years with them or should I find childcare?" and the importance of finding that special person to trust with your children. I understand the responsibility it takes to care for and teach children with compassion as if they were my own. I also enjoy the community it brings as you become apart of the family organically. Please consider this my upmost interest in helping you and caring for your children!
