I discovered my love for working with children in high school when I volunteered for a theater camp as a counselor. After that I took as many opportunities to work with children, like taking a teacher assistant position with elementary students. I babysat for a few people that weren't family and for a few that were. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have over 20 hours of training that I have gathered over my years at the YMCA. Daily I plan and execute a variety of activities including Arts and Crafts, STEM/STEAM, cultural projects, and have assisted in planning field trips.
