Here's a little info on my past: I am the youngest sibling of four. Growing up, I was always the one to be babysat, but around the age of 12, I had my first babysitting job. I loved every minute of it. After that, I started volunteering to babysit, and I even put up flyes in my church. I was a VBS leader for multiple years, so that also helped my mini-career. I've also had a few nanny positions over the years. I have eleven nieces and nephews (going on twelve!), and they are constantly keeping me busy whenever I am able to see them. I love outdoor activities, reading books, music, and playing games with the kids. I love watching kids grow, in both the mind and heart. A little bit about my personal life: I am recently married as of May 2022 to my love and best friend for seven years. We have three fur babies, two cats names Lewis and Clark, and a dog named Ringo. We love adventure, travel, and are so excited about this next chapter in our story. A bit about my current professional life: I am a part-time nanny to two kids, ages 5 and 7, (was full-time) for about two years. They have been an absolute joy to spend my days with, but they are now in school full-time. I have taken a child care class in college as well. We learned the basics, such as what to do if the child is sick or got hurt from doing something. We learned how to care for them on a daily basis or if it was something more serious such as if they were choking. I have life guard training, so I am a very good swimmer and I would be able to save a child if they got themselves into a situation where that was needed. I am fully Covid vaccinated. Im 27 yrs old. I have 2 boys of my own who are 5 and 9 and a 14 yr old step son. My 5yr old is partial non verbal and my 9yr old has special needs❤️ i am the oldest of 10 siblings. So i know my way around chaos lol. I know how to obviously take care of children with special needs as i also have sibling with as well. I am energetic and love to do activities with the kids, i am very creative as well so they will have lots of fun. I am extremely patient and calm. I am not cpr or first aid trained (technically) but i do know exactly what to do in any scenario. I will take care of anyones baby (no matter the age) as if i were taking care of my own! I can cook for/feed them, help with potty training, i really would prefer to babysit in my own home as i am currently watching a 4yr old girl but i can be open. I can clean, do laundry and pretty much anything else also.
