I think being a caregiver is extremely important because children are our future. I think having someone who is able to help develop your children and build a relationship is very important, especially in an environment that they're comfortable in, such as your home. My experience is limited. I have babysat a couple of times with children of various genders and ages, and I was a nanny for 2 consecutive summers with one girl. Although my experience is limited, I am a responsible, trustworthy, fun person who knows how to care for others.
