Hi there, my name is Melody and I would love to be able to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for your child or children. Working with children is what I love and I have experience with all ages. I'm currently with a family that has 4 children (ages 2-8 years) and have been with them for the last couple of years but the youngest will be starting preschool in the fall so after that I will only be needed occasionally. I was introduced to this family by another family that I’ve worked for 6 years but their daughter went to kindergarten this past fall so I'm with them on more of an as needed basis now. Before this I was with a family for 10 years and they had 3 children, and a family before that for 4 years and 4 children. I love all different types of Read more activities whether it be arts and crafts, playing dolls, playing sports, playing outside or learning activities. Whatever it takes to make your child happy and to learn and grow. Along with being a nanny I have also taught preschool music, dance and gymnastics which all were very fun as well.I have two children who are now in their 20's and used to do a lot of volunteer work at the schools as well as being a Girl Scout leader for 8 years which provided me with lots of different types of training and experience. I love animals so if you have pets I am very comfortable with that also. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
