Hello, my name is Jessica and I am 26 years old. I have been a nanny and housekeeper for the same family in Bloomfield Hills since I was 16 for two kids. When I first started, the boy was 9 and the girl was 5. Fast forward and they are now 15 and 18. Both kids are heavily involved in sports. I am very familiar with the importance of proper training, nutrition, and recovery. I have a bachelors of science in accounting and finance from Oakland University and am working towards becoming a certified public accountant (CPA). I have a remote job with a CPA firm but since tax season is over, work has slowed down for me meaning more availability for me to work. Before working for the CPA firm, I worked in accounting for a very reputable builder. I am a great homework and study helper and do my best to ensure the kids have a great understanding of what it is they are learning. With my free time, I like to work out, practice yoga, and spend time with my five dogs all of which have taught me valuable lessons. Working out/weight lifting teaches me to keep pushing, Yoga teaches me mind over matter, and my dogs teach me the importance of patience and communication. All valuable traits that I work on daily and take with me into my career, studying, and nannying.
