Hello, My name is Sydney and I am 25 years old. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Psychology. I currently work for a family who has quadruplets who are 9 , a family with a 2 year old daughter with down syndrome and a family with a 4 month old. In addition to the quadruplets and the baby I have night nannied for multiple families including 2 families who had triplets. I have also cared for many other children. I have extensive experience with multiples including many sets of twins, triplets, quadruplets and quintuplets. I also have cared for many families who have kids of different ages ranging from 2 weeks old to 14 years old. I have night nanny experience with both twins and triplets who were also on oxygen. In addition to my experience with multiples, I also have a lot of experience for Read more families with children with special needs. Some of the specific conditions I have worked with in the past are autism, down syndrome, speech delay, developmental delays, feeding disorders, separation anxiety, etc. I am comfortable with bathing, feeding, cooking, cleaning, homework help, bedtime routines, overnight care and care while parents are traveling. In addition I also have experience traveling with families and their children. I have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record and am willing to transport children. In addition to my childcare jobs, my mother had an in home day care for the majority of my life so I have spent my whole life surrounded by children! I have taken child care courses, cpr/first aid training, baby sign language courses, child psychology, and speak basic spanish.
