I interviewed Michelle for a date night sitter position. She seemed like a wonderful fit for our family. However, when it came time to schedule a day for her to meet my daughter, she was out of town. She told me a couple of times that she would text me when she got back in town to schedule. She never did get back with me. I would have appreciated a quick message/ text to let me know if she was not interested anymore so that I could look into other sitter possibilities. It takes awhile to find the right person so it was a few weeks of waiting that I could have used looking for a great fit for our family.
