I am a 21 yr old moving to Minneapolis in the next month and is looking for a fun, full time job working with kids. I have baby sat multiple kids in my neighborhood growing up and was a babysitter for my next door neighbor for 9 yrs. The girl was about 1 year old when I started watching her and is now 10, they moved last year, but I still watch her on occasion. I also nannied her last summer one day a week. I will be taking a pediatrics first-aid and CPR training when I move. I am not in school this semester, but plan to go back hopefully by next Spring. I am going for business management and want to transfer to a university for public and non-profit management. I love taking kids to fun activities museums, the zoo, parks etc. I'm hoping to work with a Read more family for a long time and watch the kid(s) grow up! This candidate was 15 minutes late to our interview and did not notify us with a courtesy call or text that she was running late. We had to call HER to find this out. She did not answer, so I sent a text asking if she was still coming, which she then replied to and apologized for running late due to traffic. (Note: She didn't answer my call but responded to my text, which seemed odd). We then cancelled the interview on the spot.
