My name is Cara and I am soon moving to the Albany, NY area for graduate school! My current job is a math instructor at my local Mathnasium in Minnesota and although I do not have any child care experience, I think working with unmotivated kids who don't like math counts for something! I also volunteered at my local elementary school and assisted with 2 kindergarten classes and their after school program. When I was younger I had 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 parrot, and a bunch of fish. I currently have one very sassy calico cat, so I love animals! In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, playing the flute with my school pepband, and gymnastics. I move to NY mid-May, so I would be able to start roughly May 22nd, 2023. I am not CPR certified, but I am willing to get it!
