I attended Winona State University to become an elementary teacher with an early childhood emphasis. I student taught at Chisago Lakes Primary School in a second grade classroom. I graduated college on May 4th, 2018 with a BS degree in teaching. Working with children is my passion in life and making a positive difference in their lives is very important to me. I love teaching children and helping them grow in their learning experiences. My previous employer was Cardinal of Minnesota in Winona, MN. I cared for adults with special needs for a little over a year before moving to Lindstrom, MN to student teach. I cooked, cleaned, and dispensed medications to the residents in the house as well as took them on outings, did activities and hung out with them throughout my shifts.
